		<description>I had to look up glucosamine...interesting way to combat sore muscles and sounds like min. side efforts. 

I only take the occasional Ibuprofen and try to limit that. I&#039;ve found diet makes the biggest difference in recovery, which I&#039;m not the best at.</description>
