Runner’s Paradise

this is really creative and really funny…http://notorias.com

As I run through the valley of the shadow of death
I take a look at my Garmin
And realize so many miles left.
Cause I’ve been training and tapering so long
That even my coach be thinkin that my mind is gone
Cause I ain’t never passed a runner that didn’t deserve it,
Me be treated like a punk you know that’s unheard of
You better watch how ya talkin
Don’t be a run-walkin
Or you and your homies might be marked DNF
I really heart my GU and I carbo-load
When they choke I see myself in the pistol smoke
Fool, I’m the kinda runner homie’s wanna be like
I stretch my knees right
With pilates and cross-training in sight

[Chorus]
We’ve been training most our lives
Racing through a runner’s paradise

Yes!! I like this song too!

  2. I think I’m going to be marked DNF at the sprint pigman tri. I have no idea what I’m doing. Thankfully I get to google search and read blogs from people who do this stuff all the time!
