		<description>Really interesting post John!  I did not know that only a 2% loss in body weight due to sweating can cause significant dehydration.  I am guessing I sweat about 10 lbs/hour. :)</description>

		<description>I tried my first Cliff Bar today on an 10 mile run and was truly impressed with this product. My stomach is very sensitive to food when running but this energy bar was perfect.  Plus I had it in my pocket for quite a while and it didn&#039;t melt!
